Aeros with all 4 cats, stock res tips, and an otherwise stock car is surprisingly very quite.

what are "aero" mufflers? Must be a regional thing?
I had flowmaster super 10's installed on it, loudest muffler they produce.

It may be THEIR loudest muffler but it's not the loudest muffler.

This is a Aero Turbine muffler

You can remove all four cats and have whatever muffler or no muffler at all, it will be loud BUT there is louder. I've had several different exhaust setups on my car since I've owned it, flowmasters with stock pipe, no muffler side pipes, flowmasters with rear cats removed, aero turbine mufflers with rear cats removed and now stock manifolds with 2.5" mandrel bent stainless from manifolds to tips and aero turbine mufflers. Each change increased the sound a good bit. Flowmasters super 10 is a chambered muffler, the aero turbine is a straight through design, that in itself allows for better cfm flow.

I had always had Flowmaster mufflers on prior vehicles but never again after getting the aeros.

I'd say the aero is more the evolutional offspring of the glass pack.
