I've need to sell my 2004 Marauder, and thought I post up here in case someone wants a project car or wants to build up a race car. $3000 OBO - I'm in Birmingham, AL. I'm going to Daytona in a couple of weeks and could deliver down there. I'll leave this up for a couple of days and if there is no interest I'm selling to Driver's Way or similar to just dump it. I'd like someone who appreciates the car get it if possible though.

Its got 265,500 miles. The #8 cylinder has low compression. It fouled the plug and the the coil went out. The ford dealer installed a new plug and coil and she's running fine now, but you'd want to find out whats causing the low compression in #8 - probably a valve, but I'm not going to go any further with the car.
I've used it as a daily driver and have been the sole owner.

SCT X3 with Lido street tune - been run since 2004. I hated the transmission when I first got the car but the change in shift points with the tune made a crazy amount of difference. No more top gear overdrive going 35 mph in the neighborhood.
Its on its 2nd transmission. First one went out about 130,000 miles and I had the dealer put a new one in. No issues with the current transmission.
Its a got a trailer hitch - I have towed a light dirt bike trailer a few times a year.
Trunk organizer.
Small tear in rear passenger seat.
Alpine stereo installed by a local shop professionally - the buttons on the steering wheel work with the radio. Installed in 2004.
I wrecked it a couple of years ago hydroplaning on the interstate and got the front and the back by kissing the center wall. Insurance fixed it but it got new front and rear bumper covers at the time plus new radiator and such. The front bumper cover has some pretty good scratches now from daily driving. Its definitely not perfect, but mechanically its been fine until now with this low compression in cylinder #8.
Never had an issue with suspension or engine (at least till now).
