    Marauderville Convoy

Hey Marauderville is coming up (DONT FORGET TO REGISTER ASAP!) and I want to start this thread to talk about a convoy front the Pacific Northwest down to Vegas.

I am carrying some Marauderville items down to Vegas in my car so I have to be there by the start of MV, mid-day Wednesday the 16th. Based on a two day drive minimum, looks like I will have to leave Monday morning the 14th at the latest. That being said I was very much considering leaving earlier in the weekend so that I may spend an extra day or two in Vegas prior to the start of MV giving me some time to do my own activities.

So I will throw it out there, does anyone have interest in leaving on Saturday the 12th or Sunday the 13th and arriving a day or two early? I'm not scheduled to work those days, and already taking Monday-onward off of work, there is no additional time I need to take off, and the group rate at the hotel is extended, so I think its just another 65$ a night for the hotel stay.

I am going to reach out the Portland/Vancouver crowd to see if any of them are going and are interested in joining a convoy, otherwise I believe the fastest routes may avoid them.
I eat apples until my stomach feels much more full than its normal.

If you decided to make Vancouver a rest stop let me know and perhaps I can at least meet up to say hi. Maybe a couple of the locals too. Looks like all 6 of us in the PDX area are too poor to go. Lol.
    Current cars:

    2003 Marauder (*mostly* all original)
2020 Kia Niro Hybrid (wife’s car & our commuter)

Previously owned a 2004 DTR and a 2003 DBP…and 76 other vehicles but we don’t have time to list all that.

This is a good idea because the convoy can stop over in Portland real quick to pick up some doughnuts at Voodoo Doughnuts.

    Snacks along the way!

uhg, I think its quite a bit slower to go through Portland - but at least there would be less bugs..

You guys are going to have to con me into it, ready, go!
