check with your bank, there might be a $20-30 wire accept fee. A wire should be fine if drawn against a US bank account and not offshore/overseas. Ask your bank how rapid the funds are cleared.

as RCR stated, as long as US bank and funds clear, should be no different than getting a cashier's check that clear.
just make sure you sign a basic auto sales contract that specifies how funds will/are paid and sale is "as-is." you can find a bunch of samples online.

He is sending the money tomorrow, my bank said I can get it Wednesday morning at 7am
Also used a savings account so nothing can be drawn but by anyone but me anyway

I don't remember exactly how much it cost, but I've used a1autotrans before and didn't have any issues. Bottom line is you'll have plenty of options so you can just go with the cheapest.
