Im very seriously considering sway bars and rear upper and lower control arms. What can I expect with these items. I'm reading several posts that front sway bars take away from the launch performance. What is the benefits of having both front and rear versus only rear sway bars? I'm seeing adco sway bars and metco control arms seem popular. Where is the best place to order these items? Thanks for your help

The difference that the control arms and sway bars make in these cars is UNREAL. The handling will blow you away. We have installed several sets on customers cars and the result is awesome. If your car is not making 700HP you are not going to notice any difference at the dragstrip. These cars weight 2 tons + they don't care if a sway bar is hooked up... My car had 305 Nittos on it and ran 12.35 @ 100+ no spinning... My car made 410 to the ground @ 13# of boost. I can sell them to you as my shop is a dealer. My upgraded larger rear ANTI swaybar made a huge difference in taking the feeling away that i was bringing this ship into port. the body roll is night and day better. I havent upgraded control arms yet but if you havent had an oem one in your hand yet you should find one and try not to wonder how they hold the axle on. Flimsy stamped pieces they are. Good luck!

Addco are really the only option for sway bars. They're stout. Night and day difference.

There are a few options for rear control arms. Take your pick and you'll be happy regardless of choice. They are all well made with some minor differences among them. I've had Sparta control arms previously and now Metco. Different cars. 6 to one, 1/2 dozen to the other.

Addco just moved, your looking at 2-3 weeks for shipment and possibly not all the parts to mount it. Judging by all the sway bar threads recently the sway bar collars and plates will be mia


I'm fixing to install my addco sway bar here next month, it's big, heavy, and a very nice piece
