Exclamation Northern Super Heavy Shootout - March 31, 2012

Since the Super Heavy Shootout held down South each Fall is so much fun, we thought why not have another one further up North in the Spring. While it will still technically be in the South (can't get much further North and still be below the Mason Dixon Line), it will be much more easy to get to for all the Yankee's.

So for all of you that have been wanting to get to a Fat Car Shootout, but couldn't make the long trip, well here's your chance. For all of you down South that want to show them lazy Yanks how it's done, then load up and haul your junk across the Eastern Seaboard like so many have for 10 plus years.

Click the link, find out what its all about, pre-register and then spread the word!

    • What: Northern Super Heavy Shootout is Drag Racing event for cars, trucks, SUV's, etc. that weigh a Minimum of 4,000 pounds with driver. Yes, there will be scales!
    • When: March 31st, 2012 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. (Rain Date: Sunday April 1st)
    • Where: Cecil County Dragway in Rising Sun Maryland
    • Why: Because SIZE Matters!

You can totally run your car, Billy. As long as it's over 4000lb you can run the brackets.

It shows only one power adder if you run Pro Street. Nothing about it if you are bracket racing. The question would be is Pro Street heads up or is it a bracket. It looks like they are trying to make the class equal with small motors Vs. bigger motors. The small cubic inch guys can have a power adder and the 5.7 plus crowd has to run on all motor. Sounds like a great way to me!

Now I understand, it does sound like a good deal. Thanks John.
