Mine are on order! I just called Ray about these earlier this week and they weren't available, had to order the whole door panel to get them. Ask and you shall receive.

I believe the '05 CV has black or charcoal ones, but the '05 GM has chrome ones. I want them because it's hard to see the OEM handles in the dark. And it's a little different...

Its a CV part for the Sport LX. Sorry I don't have a part number handy. The "kit" comes with both the shifter button and a replacement chromed plastic sleeve for the shifter shaft. Ask me how I know. I have these on mine.

A little bit of chrome here. A little over there.

If you get a chance to dig up the part number it would be appreciated.

Are the door handles 'chromed' plastic or are they actually metal?

Do we need to take our door panels apart to install or is there an easier way??
I hate to start messing with the clips on these panels.

The door panels do not need to be removed to change out the inner handles. I know this because I removed my front door panels to change my speakers.

What Roy said! I even swapped a rear door handle for my broken front on my Crown Vic.
