Maybe a couple in some of the more affluent suburban departments , but never in any of the big city departments , too expensive , not very practical in the snow belt , and insurance , and maintenance will also be a huge deterrent.

I've seen one Mustang police car on the highway a while back.

Seems like these would only be good for highway patrol in known high speed/racing areas

Wherever they had 5.0 Mustangs and GN Buicks in the 80's, the B4E Camaro in the 90's, and Marauders - might buy them.

A mustang with Crown Vic steelies..who would have thunk that would ever happen, usually it's the CV wanting to know if marauder or mustang stuff fits and will make a gazillion more power.
