I purchased a used K&N cold air from a member....all I received was a tube and the clamps and rubber pieces on the ends of the tube. Is ther supposed to be a part to put the MAF in? Or do you use the stock tube that connects to the factory airbox. Thanks

Here is a picture. It should offer a pretty good explanation of what you should have gotten:

On the K&N kit you re-use your existing air flow sensor and housing.

Did he not give you the cone filter that comes with it?

Sounds like that to me, too.
The only thing I changed on the wife's was the tube.
And a K&N replacement panel type filter in the OEM airbox.
