For all you peeps traveling thru Indiana on 65 South...

Most likely they will still have access to 64/71 closed (bridge construction).

You will either have to detour to 265W (Indiana) thru New Albany then on to 64E from there or...

stay on 65S thru downtown Louisville to 264E then pickup 64E

Heading home, you can access 65N via 71S or back to 264W->65N

Generally speaking half or more show up on Wednesdays. Average of 32 cars total give or take, plus passengers. You can say the party definitely starts on Wednesdays..

I hate making it sooo early, but with the dry run we ran into heavy consrtuction and a semi that had ranoff the road into the revein and took out some trees and it delayed us @ 1.5 hours...on Saturday...don't want to chance anything on the friday...

Based on pics of events, I would say Marauderville's held in Sept. or more kid friendly/family friendly. Lousiville based on what I have seen posted is more hangin out with less structured events and more free time to drink, socialize, get in trouble, see the city's cop cars up close

Some of the activities are for all ages, some are not. Not saying that kiddies can't come, but it would be up to the adults(using term loosely) to know when to say it's time for you to go somewhere else and play. Be better if there was a babysetter if youngins are brought. I exagerate when I say I won't let my 19 year old attend. But it's more for the adults to socialize and cut loose with worrying about where the little ones are...:):):beer:

Just got back from liquor store $85.00 purchase plus Jerrys beer :)
