Watched that vid within 10 minutes of it coming out.

Anybody know what his supercharged Harley truck sold for at Barrett Jackson auction? All proceeds went to charity, so I assume it went for over 100k

It sold for $200k with the proceeds going to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Cool video of an awesome Mustang.

A few observations:

1: "I like this motor so much that I bought a spare for my engine stand."

Must be nice Jay!

2: "I took the killer Recaro seats out and put in standard Mustang seats."

Loose a little weight Jay.

3: "5.2 Liters is just around 305 cubic inches."

Neither of these 'car guys' can figure out the CID of 5.2 Liters....?

4: "How many valves does this 4 cam V8 have?"....

DOH!

5: "No burnout because its my new car."

Must be nice Jay! Probably a good idea considering how Ford likes to obsolete stuff. If they never put the 5.2l in anything else at least he has a spare.

DOH! Not sure, but doesn't the regular Mustang have 4 cams and 3 valves per?

5: "No burnout because its my new car." Like he said he wants to get a 1000 mi on it before he needs to replace the 5000 mile life tires Try finding parts for this car in 10 years w/o being stupid rich like Jay.

That is one beautiful sounding engine. I'm just getting used to the sound our little 4 cam engines make. That 5.2L 4 cam (in a lighter car) is just sweet as hell. Limited run, and pricey... but a man can dream.

Still a great bang for the buck , check the mark up on the Z06's from the "bow tie" corals.:beer:
