Rear - stock

HU - Alpine CDA-9887 <--- arguably one of the better units made

Subs - 2x Image Dynamics IDQ12 D2'S wired to 1 ohm

Sub Amp - Elemental Designs nine.1, runs ~1200 RMS to the subs

the seleniums on the rear deck are going to be replaced with 4 10" crescendos and the deck will be fiberglassed. Everything in hand just need the time. Amps will also be replaced with crescendo amps if mb quarts amp cant keep up with them and a second battery will be added.

Kenwood DDX419 double din source unit
Rockford fosgate Power T2 6.5" components up front
Rockford fosgate Punch 5.25" rear fill
Rockford fosgate Power T600-4 on mids/highs
Rockford fosgate Punch P2D48 8" drivers
Enclosure is 2.9 cubes aeroport tuned to 40hz
Rockford fosgate Power T500-1bdcp sub amp @ 1 ohm
0 awg power/ground with big 3 electrical.

Future plans either add another 8" or two or do 10" drivers instead. Will port enclosure through rear deck through factory sub opening when time allows. Should sound really good once all that output makes it into the cabin.

I'm definitely going to upgrade there , i currently have 6x8 Boston acoustics plate components on the doors, and Jl audio 6x9 3ways in the rear deck.

Thank you. Yes, the two Xtant amps and the drawer were dumped for a single 5 channel Hertz amp running the full system. That entire old setup weighed in at close to 100lbs. I came up with a different motorization that tilts the Hertz amp down from the rear deck. The front stage is essentially the same, but I switched to different pro audio drivers. I know I have pics of the new trunk somewhere...

They might break into my car but wont be able to remove the speakers nor rear deck. Rear deck is supported with nuts and bolts onto the metel. As per the speakers, same goes for them but not regular bolts. I will be going fiberglass in 2 weeks. Getting all my materials ready.

Thanks for the advice though. Ill take it into consideration when rebuilding mydeck.

KnuKonceptz Kord 12 gauge speaker wire
Hifonics BRX2000.1D powering 2 15" Kicker CVX's wired down to 1 ohm in 6 cubic ft. ported enclosure.
Hifonics ZRX1000.4 powering 2 sets of Kicker KS 5.25" Components in the front door with the 1" tweeters mounted on the door panel.
Kicker CS 6x8 components in the rear running off the head unit.

KnuKonceptz Kno Knoise Kolossus Edition sound deadener for the entire trunk and trunk lid and in the cabin up until the rear seats.

Total cost about 2K. Everything except the head unit installed by me.

I haven't done anything to my Marauder, but in my 2004 CV I have:
5" JL W5 separates in the front doors
6x9" JL W3 in the rear deck
2 12" Rockford Punch in the trunk

I did the subs first, and I regret buying those particular ones. I want to put two JL 10W3 drivers in a box on the shelf in the trunk. I have Kenwood amps but I forget the specs. I'm not necessarily a basshead, my system is set up so that I can crank it as loud as I want and listen to it for 8 hours on a road trip.
Weak points of my system are the budget Pioneer DVD deck and the subs. Probably going to end up doing something similar to the Marauder eventually....

Looking at some of the nice setups reminded me of why i sold my trunk organizer as the spare will be moved to the well area , that and the fact i have to run a 20 inch full size spare , the 18inch wont clear the 15inch Wilwoods.

So I had said I was going fiberglass for my rear deck speakers being that I was upgrading from 4 8" mids to 4 10" mids. I finally got that taken care of. Now im working on a amp rack being that the amp to power the mids is extreamly huge.

I didn't bondo nor painted the deck as I wanted more the carpet factory look. So I carpeted with black carpet. Looks real clean and nice.
Now working on the amps
