has anyone notice paint wearing off dash

beneath the painted dash pieces is black.
on the piece next to drivers door near the traction control, my paint is starting to chip off and its black under there. Is this normal, and do you think its a dealer issue.

I am dropping it off this week to have them work on the paint, they want to try to detail it again to remove contaminants. Sounds like an opportunity to burn the paint.
And on the drivers door jam, you can see the tannish primer through the paint.

This ^^^ happened to me, as well. It has been reported here by several folks actually. The dealer should replace the piece, no questions asked under warranty. I got mine replaced...actually with a 300B piece...so now...I have an extra button/switch (initially for Traction Control) that I can use for.....let's just say "other things".....
