That's interesting. I've never seen it labeled like that one. Most of the ones I've seen look like these:


Anyone seen anything different?

Never seen one with a label, only inked on.
Perhaps it was installed after the car was produced.
I say it's the one you want.

The ones you posted are exactly how mine looks. Inked on, no label.

I'm thinking it's an early one...right part number. Just got it today. Score! Don't really need it though

I read some CVPI that went in with vibration issues for a few years after 99-2000 had the MMC shaft installed as a fix. Yours could be one of those shafts.
