It was not an option on mine when I bought it in 2003. Dealer installed later was $400.00.

That is what I remember. The spoiler was not a factory option; but was a dealer installed item. As I recall, you could only get them in Black or an un painted version for $250. Painting and installation bumped it to the $400 figure.
