Wasn't there a vendor here who had factory spoilers, looking for two if any one has any.

I called multiple times and they even looked under crown Victoria's( apparently it was an option in the later models)

No luck

Vendor here Sparta performance used to sell them. There is one in the for sale section here with other parts so you have to read the listing..it's pricey though

Did you supply the part #?

Heck you can buy a eBay special, painted for 160.00 shipped

Everyone here talks like you can still buy at the dealer, maybe they are out of stock. Did you try online ford tasca?

Can anyone tell me if these aftermarket spoilers are the same as OEM?

They're supposed to be the same. I bought one but never installed it. Will sell it if you want it. Not sure what they cost on ebay these days though, some of the ebay sellers offer free shipping so I may not be able to beat their price.

Sometimes the free shipping is how people get screwed on ebay junk. I bought an electronic part from China, it didn't work. It would have cost me more to ship it back than the refund would have been. So I just kept it and chalked it up to another lesson learned.

What are you asking for it shipped? Is it painted?

I know of a few marauders with non oem spoilers and they look just like the factory ones. A good buddy just did another and you would think it was dealer installed.

There is a guy on eBay selling them painted for 249 plus 20 to ship

Have you done the American muscle Mach 1 mustang front spoiler yet?

Lol. No. I didn't even know there was such a thing.

This car is going to be expensive.

My wife might divorce me but at least I'll have a bad ass ride.

It is not painted. They're $99 on ebay, how about $80 shipped to lower 48.

I bought an aftermarket primed one from DAR Spoilers, 1219 E Ave J, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 (469)733-1803. Quality was pretty good. Just some light touch up sanding. Fit was same as OEM. They are molded out of fiberglass, not the resin plastic like the OEM ones (which tend to crack at the outboard nut insert anyway).

The mounts are just screws that are screwed into the back of the spoiler, not the metal nut inserts like OEM. I got 4 of the threaded studs that are like a lag thread on one end and a machine thread on the other. Used the studs and then nylon lock nuts on the studs. Using studs to mount the spoiler makes it very easy to line up. The OEM has a line of double sided moulding tape around the back edge to stick to the car. You have to put that on the reproduction ones yourself.
