Dumb question, but how do you disconnect those wiring loom clips that push onto studs, like the valve cover for example? They're used a lot of places, transmission, AC, etc.
Is there a trick?

For the ones on the valve covers, I've just pulled them straight off.
Push on - pull off.

twist back and fourth (10-2) while pulling up. You can use small pry tools to help convince them off. How's it going with the removal?

The valve cover ones weren't a big deal. The clips on the tailshaft of the transmissions seem as if they won't come off without breaking.

Nobody has successfully removed the oxygen sensor wiring clips from the transmission tailshaft studs? The transmission ships back to silver fox tomorrow morning, tell me there is a trick I'm just not seeing

Mine is a cheap ass Harbor Freight or Advance Auto one. I use it all the time and it hasn't failed yet.
