Tail lights randomly going out and coming back on the next day. Brake lights work just fine though. Happens sometimes after the i wash it. Thoughts.....

Brake lights and taillights (running lights) are on separate circuits.

Sounds like there might be water getting into the sockets, remove the taillights and check.

Could be one of the relays inside the LCM. In my case, my taillights, front marker lights and foglights go 'out' together. A whack on the LCM lights them up again.
I already replaced the relay for the headlights, now need to repeat for the other 3 relays in there.
