Remember when refilling the antifreeze you must remove the air vent plug located in the black metal pipe running at the top of the engine in front of the alternator, then start the car to refill. If you don't open the vent, you won't get all the antifreeze back in.

As it turned out, I called Dennis, I also had to fill some of the antifreeze through the vent tube, then put the vent plug back on but only a couple of threads in so air could still vent, as soon as the air was out the t-stat opened and everything was all set. Thanks for the help Dennis.
