Advice Requested / Rear Bumper

I know there is a thread here somewhere about how both sides of our Marauder rear bumper cover seem to be "caving in". I read a thread where a member put some styrofoam or some other material to "fill out" the "caved in" portion on both sides of the rear bumper cover.

Does anyone have the link or know where I can find the thread?
