The family wanted Kibbi today. A Lebanese meat dish that can be served baked, fried, or raw.

So, I make the Kibbi and....Jason, my son, requested they be shaped like a football.

Patricia who has talented hands, formed them up, stuffed with a special filling, and baked them.

The're cooling now. Hummmm good.
