Built in Flat Rock, Michigan looks nice. I viewed it a the Javitis Center in NYC car show. Nice interior but no v-8 but turbo diesel with all wheel drive. I think that will help with NYC to Castine Maine drive. Anybody own one? No crash test results on sticker.:D

I agree! Ford will most likely lose me to a 2017 Chevy SS or a low mileage 3rd Mercury Marauder! I still like the Marauder! Four test drives before
March buy time. I drove Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300, Chevy SS auto trans but want to drive stick. I need to drive CTS-V, Continential. New large rear drive Caddy will be made in China. FORGET IT!!! :D

I ordered one 8 weeks ago with the options I wanted.It is expected to arrive any day.They are twin turbo v6 not diesel.They are 5 in.longer and 2 in. wider than my chrsyler 300 c SRT-8 which I will be selling.Total cost was $55,000.

Went to the dealer to look at one up close. They are nice, even though there are at least 2 cars out now that have nearly the exact same look minus the front end. Very nice interior...would I buy one if I wanted another car payment, meh...they could have done a few things ti make this car stand out but decided to play it safe...

The Cadillac CT6, the Genesis 80 and 90 are a few that I would look at. These are rear wheel drive based cars that offer better driving performance. It would be nice to see Lincoln do a dedicated rear wheel drive platform for a true luxury car.

I agree for myself that a car should be based on a real wheel drive platform with a heavy duty rear differential. I have recently had a major life change since my wife has taken a job in Maine. I drive NYC to Maine and back way too much. I have multiple vehicles including a 4x4 Ford Super Duty pickup and a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I want/need all wheel drive- snow! I like cars that car travel at high rates speed safely-8 to 10 hour trip four hundred fifty miles. I like large American sedans made in America. I know hahahaha even the 2004 Mercury Marauder I own wasn't assembled in the USA. Most of the failed parts are made in Mexico. My brother bought a 2016 V-6 Chrysler 300 but with an USA made v-6 all wheel drive. You could get the same exact car with an engine made in Mexico.
He loves it. I like it but want more horsepower and torque. Dodge in 2014 made a 5.7 Hemi all wheel drive. I was happy like Mercury Marauder happy and they dropped it. Why? I like BMW and Mercedes yet I never bought one. I can't buy one for many reasons! From the time I was 10 years old I loved cars. I read every car magazine I could get my hands on. In 1970 I wanted a ZL1 Corvette with an aluminum big block. In 1979 at 19 years old I bought a new L-82 Corvette close ratio 4 speed gymkahana suspension which I still own. Not even close in performance to my 2002 Z06 which is a piece of garbage performance wise to a current Corvette yet I love American cars. I know cheap material interiors and lacking real quality but always having what suits me best-balls. My friends laugh and think whatever until they take a long trip with me at the wheel. I need a car that is large, fast and proven Michigan Highway Patrol safe. I know the Ford Taurus SHO would work but I owned a 1989 SHO which I love/hated. The car was a fun piece of garbage. I broke everything all the time. I can't get myself into a new SHO. My search for a new car is fun yet I know my Mercury will be hard to top for all my crazy reasons.:D

Chevrolet SS ,Good Move -My neighbor bought a used 2016 from Ourisman Chevrolet in Bowie MD . After a DROP IN FILTER , he took the Chev to Capitol raceway in Crofton MD and turned a 12.98 and a 13.17 110 and 111 mph respectively Oct 14, 2016..:burnout:

No problems.It is my wife's car ,a 2006 with 53,000 miles.She just wants something different and the way I go thru money on the race cars I can,t say no.
