Does anyone have the size for the PCV Heater Hoses?
Call out 3W33-18465-BA & AB, which are not made anymore.

I would actually like a full set of black silicone hoses if anyone has a source, google has not been helpful.

Thanx. HPS I sent a request to.

I got this from Ford. Which I am thinking they are giving me the OD size?

I have a 2003 Mercury Marauder. I am looking for the PCV Coolant Crossover hoses and the PCV 3W33-6C324-AA hose. I would also like to know exactly which front shock we are using as there are two listed. My VIN is 2MEHM75V43X626420. If you can give me prices and the coolant crossover hose and PCV hose if they are not terribly expensive I can pick up when I bring it in for service in a couple weeks. My home phone is 8509811432

I called I got it thanks. I did figure out the hose I am looking for, well at least the size. Its the PCV Heater Hose. Call out 3W3318465BA and I think the other is the same but AB at the end. I know its discontinues. I just want the hose size so I can get silicone to replace it and I don't want to disturb the ones on the motor.

They're telling you that heater hose comes in either 1/2" or 3/4" i.d. Which tells us they either did not understand your question, or didn't bother to actually look anything up.

As to misunderstanding the question, I'm afraid I could barely make out what you were asking. What you want are "replacement supply hoses for the water-heated PCV inlet". They are not "heater hoses", nor are they "PCV coolant crossover hoses". I haven't a clue where you came up with that name.

As to ignoring your request, it's certainly not a common set of parts. You would be much better off going to the parts counter at your local Ford dealership to get the info you seek. If there isn't one nearby, try sending a photo, with the hoses in question circled, in your next correspondence.

My guess as to the size is either 3/16" or 1/4", i.d. Maybe 5/16"?

The heater hoses I am sure are 3/4.

On the top of the intake there is the PCV which is heated, second picture in the below thread. There is a coolant line coming off the front of the engine, runs to the PCV then back into the engine.

Yeah I am having a hard time describing it. The formed Ford hose is no longer available, and it is called PCV Heater Hose. Its pretty common on all Fords.

And I always have the bizarre issues. I have a 2.5, 2011 Escape tossing a P0301 code. New Injectors, plugs, coil packs, compression is good. Shudder at cruise... Such is my life

If you go in to Ford to order anything you will notice very quickly that most of their diagrams for our car show a SOHC..

You can just get this stuff off the back room rack at any auto part store. More of a "pick something close and trim it" item.

I dont see any reason why those hoses based on the pic need to be formed hoses. They do that to keep the engine bay all nice and neat and make you buy their product. Just get quality hose and redo them. You may have to add a zip tie or a hose clip to an existing bolt but it's totally doable.

Your pcv connector part number you listed is available. thru tascaparts.com direct or they are on ebay and sell the same thing.

That link was for the PCV Vent Hose, I found that one.

I don't need formed hoses, just want to get the right size silicone hose. I have seen about five different sizes for these and I am thinking I may have to pull one to size it and I don't want to disturb them until I have a replacement as you know, once you mess with something the bad things start.

They might be 3/8 ID not sure.

Maybe someone can measure the diameter of the small nipple on a crossover tube they have lying around...

I capped the tubes at the PCV fitting and connected the two ends with a cooper tube. I also installed a oil catch can so no need for the heated PCV.

I'd replace it with fuel injection hose and the correct clamps.
