On the jack assembly instruction pictures in the middle right box, the donut spare comes with a smaller hook. The full size spare comes with a larger mounting bolt.

I believe the mounting hardware called "Spare Tire Mounting Bolt" is what you may be looking for.

That without a doubt is what you are looking for to hold down the aluminum full size spare. They're hard to find and expensive when they pop up. You can use that smaller hook if you put the full spare upside down, but that may scratch the face of the wheel and won't be "correct".

Both of my 300B cars with the mini-spare have one of those in the jack bag. To hold the full-size wheel which had a flat in place on the shelf and prevent damaging the wheel finish.
