Last night, on way home from work, I went sailing over some railway tracks, maybe a little too fast, and the black beast"s check engine light, and a traction light, on the dash came on, The Marauder lost power and coasted to a stop. I turned the key off, then put it in park, and it fired right up. Any suggestions on what I could check, or what caused the failure would be appreciated.

check for loose connections at battery, alt...often a jolt will cause that if something loose in the electrical system.

You might have tripped the inertia activated fuel pump shutoff switch momentarily.

You are fine. My first accident was a hard hit and the car shut off. Fired it back up and it ran fine.
Enjoy.

Thanks for the reply's, I never thought about that fuel pump switch in the trunk being triggered., im not sure how fast I was going , since my speedo is off, after switching back to the stock gears in the rear end, from 4:10's and I haven't had the tune adjusted yet. Would this cause any long term damage? , I went back to the stock gearing because I drive a lot of hwy miles. Car has 250,000 km now
