So the noise I heard is gone. It wasn't the alternator bearings it was the power steering. But now it's throwing a code for load input generator and the battery light is lit up on the dash. My blower motor also isn't getting any power and the fuse is good. Any ideas?

Did you change alternators? Sounds like they gave you the wrong one if so. Common issue as the Marauder is PCM controlled.

No I didn't change alternators.

This was an ex-Trilogy car correct? Therefore the wiring to the Alternator was extended. I'd find the splice and verify the connection.
