Inside backing piece for a driver's side mirror

A bad body shop broke the tabs and glued it on. The summer heat softened the glue and it fell off. Anyone have one of these they can sell me?

No, it's a triangular trim piece on the inside of the door. It covers the mounting nuts for the mirror.
