Yes, it's too bad. He was a good guy and a great guitar player. Played a bunch of other instruments as well IIRC. Still remember watching his show when I was a kid in the late '60's (dating myself!)

Very sad , I watched an interview with his daughter and him , She was explaining the living with Alzheimer. His daughter was crying , he asked her why she was crying she said because you have Alzheimer , Glenn exclaimed oh my god I have Alzheimer .
Very sad RIP Glenn .

Campbell was a member of the Champs (Tequila). He played on recordings by Bobby Darin, Ricky Nelson, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, the Monkees, Nancy Sinatra, Merle Haggard, Jan and Dean, Frank Sinatra, Ronnie Dove, Phil Spector and Elvis Presley. He was a member of the Wrecking Crew, noted session musicians. He was also a member of the Beach Boys.
A true American classic and a gentleman.

Yes it's sad to see Glen get taken away by Alzheimer's,:(
But he went out on top with a farewell documentary tour explaining it to his fans.
Also many other celbs are now in their 90s.

An interesting glimpse into the friendship between country and rock icons Glen Campbell and Alice Cooper....
