Would be nice to get a little phone support.
When I order 6 sets of semi loaded calipers and receive a few wrong brackets.

It's not easy to find, it's on the "About Us" page.

I got quick response using the email address, was very satisfied with the transaction.
Sorry to hear you didn't get help. :depress:

A little frustrating, still no return call today.
I guess I'll try going straight to cardone even though I spent the $1200 with Rock auto :dunno:

Contacted cardone directly and they replaced my brackets.
Thank you cardone!!!
Rock auto, way to sit on your hands....
Maybe take a little away from the marketing department and spend it on customer service. Just a suggestion :dunno:

That’s a bad way to do biz for RA. I’ve received damaged a/c evaps and wrong front cvs (for other than MM ) and still have them, and shocks too. How did RA handle it? The cv axils I haad to buy someplace else, the evap core they sent new one, the shocks got sent replacements, I didn’t send the shocks back because I tried to change the center steel bushing to a larger diameter instead of waiting for replacement so I screwed with it and could not return. The main problem is their mistakes cost us a lot of time so I’ll still pay some more to keep from having my schedule f~#^d because of mail order savings. It’s different if I collecting parts for a build but repairs on daily driver and work vans I want done ASAP without the shipping delays with possible issues causing more delays

They didn't, I left a message and never received a reply. That's why I went to the company who's name was on the box. They originally said to go through rs but I told them that was pointless and he may as well be telling me to ***.
I said look all I want is an exchange and your company to sort the issue in the long run. So he did just that. :2thumbs:
