Power Steering Fluid drip. Cleaned Pump and notice a hole, see pics, is that supposed to be a hole there?

Yes, it's supposed to be there. Most likely a weep hole.

Thanks, after I cleaned it looked too round to be a rust pitt hole.

When in doubt add tracer dye to the system and look for the leak with a blacklight or UV light. The source of the leak will fluoresce and tell the tale.
