John, I️ remember back when it was tradition to spend Friday night with 4-5 Marauders packed 5 deep touring all the local strip clubs in Louisville.

With that said, save some cash and bring a (1) #8 (which is actually for a waitress I️ recall), a couple of 1’s & 2’s, and just a simple dry erase marker for the negative sign. That should cover it bud! [emoji1303]

The other hotel required a credit card to hold the block and any rooms or nights that were booked was charged to the card...I was no longer willing to put up my card...

Well, February is nearly over and heading into March...April is fast approaching. Be sure and book rooms now to avoid scrambling...Not sure about attending, still book a room, you can always cancel(in accordance to the hotel policy)...

With things being shaken up and some things going away I'd like to extend an open invite to everyone as always. It would be good to get people that haven't attended in a few back here to join the family gathering this has always been. It's time to let go of past squabbles and remember why we all have these get togethers. Not because of the cars, but because of the closeness and good times we have gotten because of the cars.

It's getting to be that 90% of the general public are complete idiots and when you combine that with the ones that get their kicks out of being trolls it means you can believe 5% of posts/reviews. Of course there are bugs in an A/C unit. 75% of the unit hangs outside the building and what is outside... bugs. I had a window a/c unit that got infested with mosquitoes - I mean millions of them. Couldn't figure out why so many were getting in the house, then I happened to see a couple fly out the unit vent in to the dining room. Pulled it our and pulled the shell off it and it looked like brown pudding allover the inside of the thing. Bug sprayed the heck out of it and then had to pressure wash the internal guts off. It was gross!

Come & enjoy yourself & if it ends up the place is crappy we don't go back. Staying offsite really limits the enjoyment level.

You do what you feel you have to do...we did a walk through and didn't see anything wrong...just felt like an older hotel instead of a spanky new one...:cool::cool::cool:

My Dad and I will be leaving Thursday morning/early afternoon to head down! It's about a 5 hour trip for us. Can't wait as this will be the final ride for the Marauder! When we get back its going up for sale. But don't worry, I will be back for next years Looseville just with my other ride.
