I'm stopped at a light and suddenly my radio is dimming, then lights too, TC shuts off, battery light goes on. Volts down to about ten. I I pull into a gas station and the cables all appear fine. Then I get back in and it suddenly goes back to normal. I drive away and it happens again. I'm hoping to get home with my lights off. What is happening!?

My volts are all the way down to the bottom of the gauge and my dash idiot lights are lit up like a Christmas tree. What's going on here?!

Has anything been worked on recently? Alternator? Battery?

Neither was worked on recently. It was the alternator. FYI, O'Reillys has a remanufactured one that's guaranteed for life for $174.99, works great!

Grounds, Relays, and Batteries first! That is my motto.
