2019 Mustang BULLITT

This may interest fans of McQueen's BULLITT. His granddaughter, Molly McQueen is starring in a new commercial for the newer version, the 2019 Ford Mustang BULLITT. It is supposed to debut with a 5.0-liter V8 engine that provides 475 horsepower and 420 lb.-ft. of torque, and a top speed of 163 mph.

Very cool!
That is a sweet looking Mustang, especially with 475 HP.

Also very cool that they have found BOTH original Bullitt Mustangs, the normal/camera car and the stunt/jump car (down in a recycle yard in Mexico).
When I was growing up, it was assumed that both Bullitt movie cars were long ago crushed.
Each one is now estimated to be worth 4+ Million.

wow good for that - always amazed how much these cars can raise for charity. I've always liked these newer versions of the bullet, just seems like there is too much of a premium for "graphics" and not enough added performance. Though they say this car will be "at least" 475. Maybe if it comes closer to 500 hp the premium would be worth it.

At this time it would be tough if I was in the market to make a decision on a Mustang. A new Bullet or a used GT350. Those GT350s are now under 50k with some @40k — that's a lot of car and very unique for the price.
