Spoiler Netting?

Today I pulled up to what looked like a Ford Taurus. It had a Fast and Furious sticker.

I can't figure out what the netting is between the spoiler and the front edge of the trunk lid?:confused:

The person put a lot of time into the car.

NO.... that net is for catching what little brains the owner still had as they flew out the window of his AMG Ricer Taurus.

BTW: The AMG Taurus is a very rare drifting model.
(The backwards mounted vortex generators and the 'C' pillar vent give it away)
