So im looking for a used LCM for my 05 sport crown vic. I beleive marauders use the same unit and features as lighting goes. I would like to buy the lcm and have it directly shipped to Fastblackmerc so he can do the external relay and fix up the unit.

Any one have one at a low cost?

These are free replacements under the recall. Contact the dealer

Go to a junk yard and buy one. Then take it to Ford for a new one.

Go to a junkyard and get one, send it to fastblackmerc for external relay mod. The first round of dealer repairs didn't really address the problem but kept all the factory functionality. The second round of dealer repairs is a hack job and some functionality is lost to boot.

I don't think Ford is replacing them anymore. The repair is now hacking up your wiring harness.

If you can't find one, I will have a few cores shortly. I'll be able to send a repaired one, then you send your old one back.
