Always thought Friday the 13th was cool when I was a kid. They seem to happen much more often now though. What I'm wondering is if you are like me and already have bad luck, does it go away today? Or get exponentially worse?

Bad day, my wife and dogs got attacked by a loose dog on our street. Our dogs are still at the vet getting worked on. My wife seems ok she was knocked down and kicking to keep it off her. Both of our dogs were on leashes and got hurt badly. I’m so pissed,

You have already documented the injuries of your dogs. Notify your local Animal control agency ASAP. Have your wife complete a notarized statement with the vet bills and hers, thus animal control would have to conduct a dangerous dog investigation. I don’t know the County ordinances and your State laws but there has to be something because that is a PUBLIC SAFETY CONCERN! Good luck and wish your wife and the pups a speedy recovery :beer:

Thank you Mary, and Gerry it’s been a long day. Animal control came out that dog and my dogs are quarantined for ten days. The dog that attacked them is now considered a dangerous dog and must be muzzled and on a leash with an adult to be outside. It also must in a kennel. It’s also a foster home, so there are small kids there. It truly is a mess.

Goodness gracious. Thank goodness your wife is ok! After reading first post I didn't envision those serious wounds! I am so sorry. Hope your wife and dogs heal quickly. It sure looks like your dogs earned thier keep today! Loving pets and warm ear nuzzles to them.

Hope the other dog owner gets to reimburse all of your expenses, and the other dog's human owner gets manditorily spayed or neutered!
