Just wanted to ask was their any difference in the 2003/04 Mustangs, Marauder's & Grand Marquis FPDM's? They all look exactly the same.

I recently used one from a grand marquis and it worked fine. Don’t know about the mustang ones

Thanks guys. I have two I grabbed from a yard I'm good in that department. I have a total of the three now.
I'm installing a dual fpdm setup in my car and grabbed the third one as a back up incase one goes bad. Walked out the yard with two fpdm's, two harnesses, and a dual factory ford relay setup Im going to use all for $15 bucks.
Came home and tested the fpdm's on my car. Both worked like a charm. I'd never grab one from a mustang, may have been over worked with bigger pumps with no wire upgrade. Best to look for a Grand Marquis.

I would never use electronics from a junk yard.
Hope all goes well for ya Nate.

I hear ya but where you think everyone get these LCM's, various wire harnesses, ECM's etc. Heck if one of our cars get in a wreck they end up in a yard with good electronics. Nobody is paying full price for this stuff you can source for little too nothing. But I do understand your point, but new fails just like old does.

Thanks man, appreciate it.
Here they want 35.00 per fuel pump driver module at the yard.
I did score another header panel today at the yard, and some headlights too.

Dual factory relay?
Just a fancy lil plastic housing with two weatherproof relays with the harness. Saw it in a mustangs trunk. I cut it out with the whole harness about 2 feet of it. I could just make my own but its already together.

Yup. Doing mine like this minus the mustang color code. I know what wires and pinout goes where. I have one Aeromotive pump. Adding another one to the party. I didnt want to do the modded FPDM b/c I had one of those to go bad before. I rather run two FPDM's one for each pump. Just need to get it tuned for it afterwards. I haven't had a dyno tune in over 8 years. Just really done fuel mods since the last tune.

My dual setup has proven itself reliable over the years at different power levels.
Returnless none the less...

Solid. I saw the writeup you did forgot which forum it was on. Top notch work. Always tell people take your time get it right the first time. I'm going to knock mine out hopefully early next week. I have the racetronix bulkhead harness already to go. You mounted your second FPDM on the back side?

Got around to installing the pumps yesterday.
Also did the dual fpdm's everything worked flawless. Started right now. Gotta stop past AutoZone today to grab some wire loom so I can clean things up.

Cool. Mine is on the front my BAP always been there. My car use to have the cd changer in the trunk so I used that old mounting point for the new fpdm.
