Came across a couple of recent crime stories that feature Marauders. I guess that's one way to get our rides into the media:

Story # 1
This story from Hilton Head Island involves: two LEOs (male and female) who allegedly committed felonies, $4.5 million, an elderly couple in their 90's, and two Marauder police cars. Want the full story?

Here's the link. (http://www.islandpacket.com/news/local/story/3624534p-3225662c.html/)
Link not working, I fixed the link in my next post below!

Story # 2 - Was it a Sable or a Marauder? (read thru to the end)

Police recover shells from gunfight
Police recovered more than 20 spent shell casings fired from an assault rifle outside an Ypsilanti Township apartment complex Sunday afternoon in what witnesses said was an apparent gunfight between two men, the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department reported.
Two unoccupied cars were hit, but no one was injured, Sheriff's Cmdr. Dave Egeler said.
Several 911 calls came in at about 4:40 p.m. that multiple shots were fired outside Eastern Highlands in the 1200 block of LeForge Road, Egeler said. Witnesses said a man was shooting a .30-caliber weapon at a man holding a 9mm handgun, Egeler said.
The handgun apparently jammed, and the man was unable to return fire and fled, Egeler said. He dropped the handgun, and it was recovered by police, Egeler said.
Neither man was located, but a blue Mercury Sable or Marauder was seen leaving at a high rate of speed, Egeler said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's tip line at (734) 973-7711. "

I am guessing they meant Grand Marq or MArauder, in which case I am betting Grand Marq.

A blue Marauder. Shouldn't be hard to find. Only 300 odd blue Maruders were produced. :D
