Just throwing ideas out there, if the marauder in question is an 03 then you can get an 03 grand Marquis LS PCM and tune it.

No, probably not a good idea because the ABS module will not be compatible.

thanks, guys. Turns out I needed an '01 Cobra analog alternator, not the computer after all. Seems like I am modifying my modifications. Or, as Marty would say, stay tuned....
