I have a 4.6 2V with 11 to 1 compression on E-85. Can't get E -85 in western Washington anymore. What can I do to get it to run on Premium? I appreciate all the knowledge here.

You will need a new tune for 91 octane.
Hopefully no knock or ping with pump gas, might have to use torco fuel octane booster since you have a bunch of compression

Put some thicker head gaskets on it, install meth injection. But I think you should be able to get it to run on premium with just a tune. Do you have aftermarket cams in it?

11:1 still not terrible your tune just won’t have as much timing with 91

I am at 10.5 to 1 with a blower running 13lbs of boost. 11-1 won't be a problem A tuner will be all you need as if you have the fuel components to run e85, the you have the equipment to run any octane available at most pumps.

Not sure of the cams, but has 32 lb injectors. Will those need to be changed?

Find a good tuner and you can run any size injectors you want, drivability with 210lbers off idle might stumble a bit... but 32lbers your tuner should not have to worry about those little guys

Injectors are fine.
