Oshkosh doesn't tarp their military items, lived south of Oshkosh for over 12 years, saw prolly thousands of units on trucks plus they build for foreign armies as well, could get export.

It I'm not mistaken that is the new replacement for the HMMWVs. Right before I got out of the Army there was some joint services request for an updated troop vehicle and I think a baby MRAP looking truck was the winner.
