View Full Version : Got some new bling for my latest project

I picked up a set of 2003 cam covers from Guittard22 a while back (thanks Chris!!!) to powder coat in a color. Figured doing my latest project this was perfect time to finally do so.

Picked as close as my eyeball could determine in the dim light to Ford Racing blue.

Turned out better than I expected! Very pleased with results.

Looking good! I almost did the same but ended up going with wrinkle black, that blue will look killer!

I would have preferred FRB in wrinkle but didn't have the option.

Got the Ford Racing COP covers to go with them.


After Louisville I'll be installing the headers.


Then if all goes according to plan late summer yields full exhaust & new tune. :D

After 15 years of seeing the same big olé thing laying around taking up space and swallowing your wallet whole you get creative ideas on how to dress her up but more and more limp to actually jack her up, pull out your hammer, and go to town on her.

Time is the issue. It's taken me a ridiculous amount of time to do this cam swap. I'm just focused on getting it running again for Looseville.
