From a couple of years back, on a 2005 Mustang GT so I think it's still relevant to the Marauder. The car in question has a built motor (Cam, Headers and Tune) and is bolted directly to the dyno. Auto Trans. My 2005 Mustang has the K&N CAI and the Superchips 93 tune (stock otherwise), so this caught my attention.

They may help a little with the hood closed and rollin' down the highway but only very little if any at all!!:shake:
Most Ford intakes are designed for max power with the least NOISE!!;)

The marauder CAI was designed by Roush so it flows well straight from the get go. The aftermarket CAI's just look better.

I really only use a CAI for the noise and look. I accept that the stock Marauder box flows just as good as most.

I never understood chasing every last HP myself? Aesthetics or sound i get or what actually fits in my case..
But claims of 2/3/10 whatever HP do nothing for me.
Now when Fordnut switched out his corrugated hose for smooth pipe and picked up over 80 HP, that’s a no brainer.
