PAG oil for new Compressor 46pag or 100pag

Just installed new ac compressor and it stated that its preloaded with 100pag oil, but Mercury recommends 46pag. What do I do here? Also installing new dryer/accumulator, do I need extra oil for this? Dont want to damage anything

Since it's probably an aftermarket Compressor I'd follow their recommendations and leave the Pag 100 in it!!:confused:

The oil is for the compressor. Use what they recommend and not what Mercury recommends in this case.
