Cool, but you had me faked out. Thought it would be a Mercury.
I can believe that the Ford may be a one of a kind.
Way back in the 1980s I heard a rumor about a 1965 Park Lane 4-door with a 427 Super Marauder in northern IL. Never did find the car, but with only 7 full size Mercs built in 1965 with the 427 it would be a one of a kind also.

Pawel Zal doesn't tell us how many were actually built.

The following is captioned as a '427 car' (W code?)

Never can tell with a 1965 Merc without popping the hood or looking at the VIN, but if it was a 427 car it would be an R code only
