Any of you guys out there have a problem with the blower motor staying on even after you shut it off you turn the key to accessory and it's still on low if you have what makes it do that and how can I fix it

Try tapping the blower motor module - behind the right side (passenger side) cam cover.

When mine did that is was a bad BCM. Only replace with Motorcraft.
