Marauder Hard start

My 2003 has been experiencing hard start for several weeks now. I've changed spark plugs, cleaned the MAF sensor and throttle body and air filter. If it doesn't start I will turn the key off and then key on and it starts immediately. There are 179,000 miles on the odometer and no codes have appeared. I have added to cans of sea foam o the fuel tank. Car runs like a stripped a** ape. Any recommendations are appreciated.
