I'd bet money he doesn't have a license and has a record of multiple violations of driving on suspension/revocation. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgMudF7JM4A&feature=youtu.be)

And people wonder how a Police traffic stop could possibly devolve into a wood shampoo.....
Wanna-be Johnny Cochran 'lawyer' with two cell phones and NO brains....
also note that he was driving....a TURDYOTA!
One lane of the highway shut down and multiple officers/firemen exposed to 60 mph traffic because of this E'fin moron!!
We can only hope that the Judge threw the book at this brain dead POS.

Way back in my Sheriffing days this would not have went on for 15+ minutes. After about 2 minutes this a-hole would have been yanked out through the window. What an idiot!

I saw a much shorter one a while ago. It was an old officer that looked like he was doing it longer than I've been alive and he pulled over this black dude that kept saying "was I traveling?" and he grabbed the window and tore it out. I wish I had the link.

We were taught in Driver's Ed to pull over in a safe place, exit your vehicle and walk back to the police auto where the officer remained in the safety of his vehicle.

If the weather was bad frequently the Officer would invite the driver to sit in the police auto next to him while he ran the DL and Plate.

Think way back before the Federal Gov't declared the "War on Drugs".

I was pulled over many a time and I have never been arrested.
