Mini meet in early August 2021?

Been talking to a few of the local peeps, and thought a mini meet was in order as the Wuhan seems to be dissipating. We met a few years ago at the Flemington, NJ Longhorn Steakhouse on Rt 31N(North of the circle or what's left of it). Lots of parking, decent food, fairly reasonable prices. Going to pick Sunday August 8, 2021 1pm as Sunday's are usually a bit slower for the restaurants, and peeps often have family or friend plans on Saturdays.

Traffic, well, could always be worse but 2 hours 15 minutes, rain once I was closer to the bridge, but I definitely have seen worse
