So my order never arrived Saturday from 2-6pm, instead according to email “Sorry we’re late, now due by 10PM”, according to tracking “due by 8PM”, and according to full tracking history “due by tomorrow 2-6”…??? They have NO clue!

Cheap purchase but extremely important I navigate through chat at 2AM until I finally find a go around and get an actual person. They were extremely apologetic and offered a full refund and to just keep it once it arrives. Fine. A few minutes later I see the order is simply cancelled! [emoji35]

I reopen chat to find out that the previous person accidentally cancelled the order when he tried t issue a refund. Fine I’ll reorder. This time they gave me a gift card for $40 bucks even though the order total is only $35 as an added courteous. Due in by 2-6 Sunday.. Here we go again!

Get an email “sorry we’re running late, due by 10PM” At 10:01 I requested a call and was very polite to him but needed to let him know their delivery that used to be top notch has turned into nothing but a sick joke with BS delivery times that are never met anymore and tracking is worse now that I can not access real time tracking like before. He put me on hold, called dispatch, and let me continue with them.

I said look Amazon used to be simply amazing, then COVID hit and understandably their delivery times got pushed back on average 2-5 days. I get it! We all struggled. I also get that there is a ton of people sitting on their lazy asses not wanting to work! But maybe, just maybe if you and all other businesses simply pay a more fair wage and adjust your prices accordingly. Or perhaps quit trying to grow and branch out so damn fast spending on our company alone upwards of multi tens of thousands of dollars in making senseless tweaks to projects weeks after we’ve completed the work (currently doing a Fresh market build and a warehouse) Or even better, cut some upper management positions? Seriously, in all the years of doing my part in building America I have never seen so many un needed positions of peanut galleries!!! With that out of the way, where’s my damn package? Seriously, I live 4 miles or less away from your newest distribution center that it’s coming from!

At 10:50 or so I finally get a text that my package has arrived. I throw my sandals on and run out to find two young persons pulling off in a old dark sedan with what appeared many other packages in the back seat! No where to be found I check my mailbox and sure enough they left my package in my mailbox and pulled the flag up? Isn’t that illegal to begin with? And why the flag up? Too young and dumb to understand the complicated workings of a mailbox flag??

People shortage my ass, more like truck shortage, and hiding it by personal car delivery midnight runs.

End rant. For now.

My cat food and cases of Red Bull get jacked up because they weigh over 40 lbs,… it’s like they don’t give a F, and pitch it on the porch. One person put it, in my F-ING bushes… IN THE BUSHES!!

I tried the monthly delivery, my fn god. If a package like red Bull gets destroyed, you get a confirmation that it’s fubar….. but they DO NOT RESEND that months supply. How retarded is that? Then you have to CALL for the refund they NEVER automatically give you a refund when the F up.
then, if a item becomes obsolete, like 5 pack deodorant, you never ever get it again. Even if it’s currently on Amazon, wtf? 8 out of 11 items I had set up for monthly delivery are no longer available… whaaaat??? I called, she kept saying “sorry on behalf of Amazon”.

very frustrating, prices are way up from a year ago.

By me Amazon is actually still good. But Fedex is another story. They're horrible.

Amazon delivery has been pretty good so far for us. Post office people are a different story. I live 30 feet from the street. There are 3 steps to walk up to get to my roof covered front door. Mailman leaves the package at the top of the stairs in the rain as a routine, (UPS guy wraps packages in plastic bags if it's raining and leaves it leaning at the center of the door under the roof). You'd think getting out of the delivery truck to stretch your legs periodically would be a blessing, guess not. I've complained to the post master, but to no avail, practice still continues. Must be nice to be a federal employee and have no fear of consequence if you just don't feel like doing your job.
